  a week ago Great job by the team. Took it in for a 21 point inspection and got a list of items for my hundred thousand mile tundra and they listed it out all for me and I was able to get a couple items addressed. Sam was very helpful and broke it down for me

  I am currently driving my tenth Toyota product. I have tried many of the Toyota and Lexus dealerships in the Phoenix and Flagstaff area. I can say that I have had nothing but great experiences with Right Toyota. I bought my last two Toyotas with Ryan Lanoue. He has not only made the buying experience great but has made me feel as a valued customer. When I use the service department I have Matt Rich helping me. Never have I gotten the impression that someone is trying to up sell me or take advantage of me. Each time I get my car back from service it is in better condition. I say this because I have had experiences at other dealerships where they damaged my car when in their possession. I'm sure if you shop around, you will find Right Toyota will give you a competitive price and make you feel that you are in the "right" place.

  I have bought three Toyoda crew max trucks now from Right Toyoda! The fleet manager Neil Has been so helpful in everything I’ve needed! He goes way out of his way to make sure that everything goes just right! Very friendly staff! Looking for a new vehicle Toyota’s are the highest quality in The industry! They hold their value better then any other manufacture and are made with style and many new features that are very up to date in today’s Technology! Highly recommended!!! Great Job RIGHT TOYOTA!!!!

  Excellent experience. Jerry, Fabio and Spencer were great to work with. Very honest and informative. Right Toyota was excellent and had no hidden fees/dealer packages like most valley dealers. The only addon was window tint which is to be expected. Would definitely recommend and I plan to go back.

  I have bought a car before but never like before from such honest and caring people. From the moment I set my appointment up to the point I walked into the building. I was greeted with open arms, my salesman Ryan Jenny was so beyond helpful in getting me everything I wanted in a car and made sure I was happy with what I got. The Sales Manager was even more helpful, they were honest with me and I could tell they only wanted what was best for me. The Finance Manager, John was great, explained to me in detail about what is good for me and my best choices. All three are amazing and helpful, I felt like I was being helped so much, they all made sure I had a clear understanding of what I was doing when buying my first car on my own. I could tell by how helpful and honest they all were, it was not about making a sale it was about making sure I was happy with my choice and I was pleased. I would highly recommend going to Right Toyota to buy your next car, everyone is awesome there!!

  I normally hate car dealerships, but this place is amazing!!! The entire staff is friendly and devoted. I had the best salesperson, Chris Reed, who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and find my perfect match with the best financial plan. I felt like he truly cared about me and my needs...not just a commission check! 11/10 recommend

  As an out of state buyer I was very suspicious that our terms agreed over the phone were not going to be honored. I flew into PHX and ubered over to Scottsdale. My salesman Dan King had the truck washed and filled. The finance guy had all the paperwork ready. No hard sell, no surprises, no hidden fees. 45 minutes later I was driving home. It was my easiest vehicle transaction ever. The deal was exactly as we agreed to one week prior. The website shows the price and the dealer fees. Everything was disclosed. I saved a few dollars and had a nice road trip. I completely recommend Right Toyota and Dan king for my future vehicles.

  This was hands down the most straight forward, informative, and rewarding experience I've ever had while car shopping. This was my first time buying a vehicle, and had Zach Jarden helping me out every step of the way. He laid out every option available to me, helped me to understand the specific details of buying I was not familiar with, and in the end got me set up with exactly what I was looking for. Locked myself out of my car last night.. did some research and found that with proof of ownership I can get a key made. $5 and less than 5 minutes later and I am on my way. I cant express my gratitude enough for these two individuals for having saved my day (and my wallet). Toyota for life!

  Came in at 0750, got out at around 0900. Fastest service so far with the dealership for the past 2 years. I’m glad I made the switch to Matt Rich as my new service advisor. I used to spend half day for a regular 5K service with same dealership but different advisor. The only comment I can think of is not replacing the cabin filter. It says it’s in the yellow warning and recommended to change next service but I’ve been noticing it for a month before this service. Too bad I didn’t bring that up with Matt right upfront. Otherwise I liked my service this time.

  I've been going to Right Toyota for 2 years now. I love the Service Department. Low key, easy going, always friendly. They take great care of my truck. And no matter which Service Rep takes my call....it's a great experience! Danny helped me this past visit! Gave me some great tips on where to get some after market products. And took the time to discuss the recall repair that was done in the truck. Thank you!

  Amazing service, they provided me with a rental for the day while my 4Runner was getting worked on. As well as, when I dropped off the rental the next morning I had my 23 month old in the car, they took my payment from my car so I wouldn’t have to haul a toddler to the payment counter and they transferred the car seat over for me. This mom was super happy. Thank you!!

  transmission and Matt was really good to us with discounts and getting us a rental while our cruiser was in the shop. We though it would be over a week but is was just under a week for the whole job! (Not to mention the 2 extra days while we were figuring out our own shenanigans) Thank you Matt B! She's drives super smooth now! Toyota also tuned up the steering and really made it feel like new! Couldn't be happier with this investment

  Just picked up my Lexus from Daniel Vick and they did a great job repairing my front suspension and alignment. I've been taking my car here for over 5 years and have been happy giving them my money ever since. They don't try to oversell me on work that needs to be done and I trust their recommendations.
